Wash and smoothly blend onions, green pepper, bell pepper and set aside; Wash crabs, offal and kpomo spice and parboil till its tender

Pour in the palm oil, place the pot on heat and allow it stay until it's sizzling hot then pour in the blended pepper and onions

Add the locust beans almost immediately after the pepper and allow it fry

Keep stirring it to ensure it doesn't burn, pour in your diced offal, kpomo,crabs and continue to stir

Allow it fry for another 15mins then add salt and knorr cube and let it simmer a bit. Your Ofada sauce is ready.
