Firstly in a big bowl add

Peeled banana, jeera, sugar, salt, curds and mix well with a beater then add half the quantity of maida and mix again, then add rest of the maida and mix well to form a dough, you can add more maida if it doesn't form a dough consistency..

Then cover it with a cloth and leave it aside for an hour

Now make equal balls. Roll them with a rolling pin, just like we make puri's.

Fry them one by one on both the sides Serve hot with coconut chutney.
