Shahi tukda with fruit custard

Cut bread slices diagonally

Heat a pan, add ghee and deep fry those bread slices until it's light brown in colour

Meanwhile, prepare two string sugar syrup and dip those fried bread slices into sugar syrup and take that out quickly.

Prepare custard and add raisins into it.

Let custard cool down and spread that over bread slices and garnish it with chopped almonds and cashew nuts.

And garnish left custard with almonds, cashew nuts, chopped mango and litchi.
