Ingredients

  1. 500 gmBasan
  2. 100 gmOil
  3. 1 tspCaraway seeds
  4. 1.5 tspred chilli powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. as neededOil for deep fry

    Add basan in mixing bawl. Add salt red chilli powder. Oil caraway seeds mix well add water in batches. Prepare a firm dough

  2. 2

    Make small balls. Roll them. Prick them. Deep fry
