Take a bowl add boil potato,cabbage,capsicum,onion in it mix well

Crush bread slices and make bread crumbs

Crush garlic cumin seeds and green chilli togather and make paste

Add bread crumbs,Rice flour and garlic paste in potato mixture

Add salt redchilli powder,chatmasala,lemon juice in it And make a dough

Make desired shape or oval shape and fix in icecream sticks

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry prepared lollypops in hot oil
- 8
Serve hot with sauce or chutney
