Burnt Garlic Rice

To make garlic oil: heat a cup of oil. Add garlic cloves & Red kashmiri chilli chopped into 2 pieces. Let it cook till garlic turns brown. When cools remove chilli & garlic.

Boil rice with salt & oil.
Make birista/ fried brown onions. - 3
In a pan add garlic oil then add finely chopped garlic & dried whole red chilli. Saute till garlic is lite brown. Now add chopped white of spring onion & cook fr few min.

Add soya sauce, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper powder & ajinomoto. Mix all well. Now add strips of fried eggs, fried onions, greens of spring onion & rice. Mix all well & serve hot.

If you like you can add shredded chicken too
