I love ginger to the point I had to add some to my cake to twist it from normal, apparently it was great!!

I love ginger to the point I had to add some to my cake to twist it from normal, apparently it was great!!
Steps

Cream margarine and sugar till it's fluffy, seive all dried ingredients, soak fruits in squadron.

Whisk eggs to foam, add a little portion of flour and little portion of egg to the cream and fold gently.

Add fruits, grated ginger, flavor and nutmeg.
- 4
Continuously add flour and egg till its all exhausted.
- 5
Grease pan, dust with flour and fill with your batter.
- 6
Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour.ice with desired icing but this is with fondant icing.
