Ingredients

  1. 2 cupfresh yogurt
  2. 1/2 cupsugar powder
  3. Pinchsaffron leaves
  4. 1 tspcardamom powder
  5. 1 tbsppisces of pistachios

Cooking Instructions

    Take yogurt in a muslin cloth and tied with both ends. And hanged for 4-5 hours.

    Take hung curd in a bowl add sugar powder, saffron leaves and cardamom powder.

  3. 3

    Now whip with electric beater for 3mins till smooth.

  4. 4

    Garnish with saffron leaf and pistachios.
