Ingredients

60 mins
  1. 3 tablespoonsolive oil
  2. 1medium chopped onion
  3. 1 packageBoca Crumblers
  4. 3 canscrushed tomatoes
  5. 2 canskidney beans
  6. 1 canblack beans
  7. 1/4 tsp.cinnamon
  8. 1 tsp.cocoa powder (optional)
  9. 1 tsp.cumin
  10. 3 tablespoonschilli powder
  11. 1/2 tsp.black pepper
  12. 1 tsp.chipotle chilli powder
  13. 1 tablespoonssalt
  14. 1-2 tsp.Sweet Paprika (optional)

Cooking Instructions

60 mins
  1. 1

    Peel, Wash, and Chop Onion.

  2. 2

    Open Cans of Beans and Tomatoes, Drain Beans, Only.

  3. 3

    Measure Out All Seasonings and Pour Into Small Bowl.

  4. 4

    Heat Oil in Pan on Medium Heat. Add Onion. Cook Until Translucent and Soft.

  5. 5

    Add Boca Crumbles. Stir Well. Cover and Cook for About 5 Minutes, Stirring Frequently.

  6. 6

    Add Seasonings. Stir Until Well Incorporated.

  7. 7

    Add Crushed Tomatoes and Beans. Stir Well.

  8. 8

    Cover and Turn Heat Down to a Simmer. Cook for 45 Minutes to 1 Hour.

  9. 9

    Serve. Top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, and Green Onions, or Whatever Your Favorite Chilli Toppings Are.
