Mansaf Rice with Ground Meat and Chicken

Boil the chicken with the mentioned spices until cooked.

In another pot, heat oil with finely chopped onion for a minute. Then add the ground meat and stir until cooked.

Drain the boiled chicken pieces and place them on a baking sheet to brown the top.

After washing the rice, add it to the meat and onion. Add a tablespoon of black pepper and a small spoon of salt. Then pour the chicken broth over the rice through a strainer. Use two cups of chicken broth for each cup of rice.

Cover the rice and reduce the heat for about 15 minutes. Once cooked, pour it into a serving dish and garnish with the browned chicken.

You can also add raisins, almonds, and pine nuts on top, as desired.
