Boil noodles with salt & water keep aside. Boil chicken & shred

Make an omelet & cut into strips. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic & saute. Add chicken & saute.

Add pepper, soya sauce, ajinomoto, salt, vinegar & mix. Add vegetables & saute.

Add noodles & toss. Add omelet strips & cook fr few min. Serve hot.
