It’s very yummy and light breakfast
Steps

Take a strainer and put poha on it and spread water on it and keep aside

Heat oil in a pan add peanut and roast it and keep it aside now inthe same oil add mustard seeds when crackle add curry leaves and green chilli sauté a little

On the other side ready poha by adding salt turmeric sugar and lemon
- 4
Now mix it in the pan with roasted peanuts and mix very softly and garnish with coriander leaves

Serve hot with tomato ketchup
