On those lazy days, for a quick and easy meal
Steps

Chop your onions, cloves, tomatoes, courgette,carrots,hoho and potatoes

In a hot pot add 3tablespoon oil

Put in all the contents in the pot including tomato paste and spices and githeri except for the dhania...you can add some water

Cover and let it cook for about 15min on medium heat

Add in the chopped dhania

Stir and serve.... Can be enjoyed with avocado
