  • 1 piecesonion
  • 4dried red chilli
  • 2 piecestomato
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut potato as shown into slices

  2. 2

    Add oil in a pan. Fry onions and dried red chilli for 5 mins

  3. 3

    Now add potatoes and cook for 2-3 mins

  4. 4

    Add sliced tomatoes and salt to taste. Add a cup of water and cook 5mins.
