Stewed Liver
I love maini, it always tastes nice and soft.
Steps

Boil the liver with salt and one tbsp of oil.

Boil until soft. Then add in some chopped onions.

Cook for 2 minutes then add chopped tomatoes.

Stir. Add in tomato paste after cooking for 4 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add in some water. Let it cook to boil. Then it is ready.
