Steps

Heat a pan and roast the flour in it till it's light golden

Boil a separate vessel with 1/2 cup water and add the sugar and mix well till it boils and thickens

Heat a kadhai and add the roasted flour and add ghee and powdered cardamom into it and mix well. Add the sugar syrup into the flour mix and keep mixing till a binded mixture is formed

Remove onto a plate and form a circle and press from top so that it binds well
- 5
Put this in the fridge to cool for 30 mins. Remove and cut into pieces of shape you like
