Ingredients

  1. 250 gmUrad dal
  2. 1Onion
  3. 8-9 piecesGarlic
  4. 1/2 tbspjeera powder
  5. 1/2 tspHaldi powder
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  7. Salt as per taste

Cooking Instructions

    First urad dal wet for 3 -4 hours.

  2. 2

    After 3_4 hours soak water and make paste of urad dal, onion,garlic.

  3. 3

    Left for 15 min.

  4. 4

    Heat the kaladi and put some oil for frying. pour the paste in oil and cook until bade becomes brownish colour.

  5. 5

    Save with tomato & chill souce.
