1/2 katori/ bowlsoy granules(ground)
1 katori/bowl whole wheat aata
1chopped onion and chilli(1 each)
1 tspginger garlic paste
1 pinchhing
1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
1 tspcarrom seeds
to tastesalt,red chilli powder, garam masala
as neededghee (1 tsp for dough and 2 tsp for cooking)

Add all the ingredients except oil in a wide bowl and make a soft dough with the help of water.

Leave it covered, for rest for 30 mins

Put ghee and knead again for 2 mins

Heat tawa, roll the paratha and cook it on medium heat with ghee.

Serve it with raita of your choice.
