Ingredients

4 parathas
  • 1/2 katori/ bowlsoy granules(ground)
  • 1 katori/bowl whole wheat aata
  • 1chopped onion and chilli(1 each)
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tspcarrom seeds
  • to tastesalt,red chilli powder, garam masala
  • as neededghee (1 tsp for dough and 2 tsp for cooking)

Steps

    Add all the ingredients except oil in a wide bowl and make a soft dough with the help of water.

  2. 2

    Leave it covered, for rest for 30 mins

  3. 3

    Put ghee and knead again for 2 mins

  4. 4

    Heat tawa, roll the paratha and cook it on medium heat with ghee.

  5. 5

    Serve it with raita of your choice.
