Cut the pork leg into small cubes and place in a pot with a little water, 2 tablespoons of salt, and 1 tablespoon of pepper. Cook for about 25 minutes.

Cook the tomatillos and two jalapeño peppers for 10 minutes.

Blend the tomatillos and peppers. You can add cilantro and onion to taste.

Cook the rice with a chicken or vegetable bouillon cube.

Once the meat is well cooked and slightly browned, pour the green sauce over it and let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

Once the rice and the meat are ready, you can serve the dish.
