  1. 2avocados
  2. 1large diced tomato
  3. 2-3 tbsp.lemon juice
  4. garlic salt
  5. salt, sea salt preferable
  6. black pepper, fresh ground preferable

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice avocados in half length-wise and remove pits.

  2. 2

    Spoon flesh out of rind onto cutting board.

  3. 3

    Use potato masher to completely mash avocados.

  4. 4

    Add avocado to mixing bowl.

  5. 5

    Dice tomato, add to avocado.

  6. 6

    Add lemon juice and stir well.

  7. 7

    Add garlic salt, sea salt and ground pepper to taste, mix well.
