Ingredients

3 cupsbean sprouts
1 blockfirm tofu cubed
2green onions
1 lbshrimp
BATTER
1/2 cupcorn starch
1/2 cupflour
1 1/2 tspbaking powder
1 tspsalt
3/4 cupwater

Combine batter ingredients and mix until smooth

Stir in other ingredients
3

Heat oil for frying. Scoop two large spoonful of batter into oil, flatten with spoon and fry until golden brown on both sides

Repeat until all batter has been used
