Chicken noodle soup

mom could burn anything, including boiled water, save salad. I think my mother's favorite foods were soup and salad. I remember loving hers. she would make a salad with no dressing just a dash of salt(her secret was celery leaves and not spinning the lettuce.) the water in combination with salt and the pepperiness of the celery leaves made it seam dressed. I loved her chicken noodle soup the best though noones could compare.
