Preheat oven to 400

Combine tofu with oil and soy sauce. Then sprinkle with cornstarch.

Place tofu on a baking sheet and bake 30 min until brown

Mix peanut lime dressing in a food processor then add water gradually to thin

Cook garlic then add coconut milk

Add in bellpepper and sweet potato noodles cover and cook 5 to 7 mon

Add everything together in the pot
