Cooking Instructions

Grate the coconut

Put three cups of water in the grated coconut and sieve the juice

Put the three cups of coconut juice in a cooking pan and boil

Put the 1/2 kg of rice in the boiling coconut juice

Cook until ready

In another cooking pan,heat the cooking oil and add the chopped onions

Add the chopped potatoes,carrot and the potaotes until they are cooked but not completely cooked

Add the 2 cups boiled beans and a little bit of water
- 9
Cover the cooking panvwithca lid until the food os completely cooked
- 10
Ready to serve
