Besan corn roll(patra)

This is authentic gujarati snake recipe and made less oil.
Steps

First mix the batter ingridents and mix well.

Make the batter be of semi thick spread consistency.

Take one leaves and spread batter on it evenly and put another leaves on it.

Spread batter on it and now fold from the stem each end of the leaf and roll it tightly.

Repeat the same method and roll it.

Put a roll in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.

Cool slightly and cut into slices.

For tempering heat oil in a pan add the all ingredients and add the steamed roll sliced.

Stir fry till the 5 minutes.

Serve in a plate and garnish with grated coconut,coriander leaves.

Serve with tea.
