Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 BundleColocasia leaves(arabi leaves)
  • For batter:-
  • 2 cup besan
  • 1 cupgrated corn
  • 1/4 cupcoriander leaves
  • 1/4 cupgrated fresh coconut
  • 1 tbspginger-garlic-green chilli paste
  • 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbsptil
  • 1/2 tspsoda by carb
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1/2 cupgiggery (dissolved in water)
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • to tasteSalt
  • For the tempering:-
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 1 tspmusterd seeds
  • 1 tbsptil
  • leavesFew curry
  • 1/4 tsphing
  • For garnshing:- chopped coriander leaves, created coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    First mix the batter ingridents and mix well.

    Make the batter be of semi thick spread consistency.

  3. 3

    Take one leaves and spread batter on it evenly and put another leaves on it.

  4. 4

    Spread batter on it and now fold from the stem each end of the leaf and roll it tightly.

  5. 5

    Repeat the same method and roll it.

  6. 6

    Put a roll in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.

  7. 7

    Cool slightly and cut into slices.

    For tempering heat oil in a pan add the all ingredients and add the steamed roll sliced.

  9. 9

    Stir fry till the 5 minutes.

  10. 10

    Serve in a plate and garnish with grated coconut,coriander leaves.

  11. 11

    Serve with tea.
