Steps

Heat a pan with mustard oil. Add chopped onion and tomato and fry till it become soft. Add potato cubes and cover the pan till potato cubes become soft.

Add all masala except garam masala and saute tiill the raw aroma disappears.
- 3
Add boiled peas and paneer and fry. Add hot water and cook for 5 mins. Add coriander leaves. Alu matar paneer is ready to be served
