Stuffed Pork Loin in Crockpot

A local market had beautiful pork tenderloins, I bought one but wasn't sure what to do with it, so with the help of a Bloody Mary (or 2) I came up with this. Try it out! It's sooooo tender, seriously good eats here, kids.

A local market had beautiful pork tenderloins, I bought one but wasn't sure what to do with it, so with the help of a Bloody Mary (or 2) I came up with this. Try it out! It's sooooo tender, seriously good eats here, kids.
Steps
- 1
Butterfly your loin, but don't cut all the way through and add cream cheese.
- 2
In a skillet, add bacon, onion, garlic, artichokes and spinach. Saute for about 5 min on medium heat.
- 3
Once cooled, pack it into your pork loin and secure with toothpicks
- 4
Rub both sides of the loin down with salt, pepper and paprika. Place in crockpot
- 5
In the same skillet you used to saute, add white wine on medium high heat. Wait about 3-4 min, then add cream of mushroom soup. Stir. Pour over the top of the loin in the crockpot.
- 6
Cook on low for 6 hours.
