This is a versatile gravy that can be served on mashed potatoes, fried potatoes, fries, rice, toast, or really anything that needs a little something extra.

In a deep frying pan, heat oil on medium high. Add onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add in garlic and cook 1 minute more.

Add ground meat, chili powder, and salt and pepper. Cook until meat is browned, stirring occasionally, breaking meat apart.

Once meat is cooked, add in spinach, stirring carefully until wilted.

Pour in alfredo sauce and stir to combine. Turn off heat and add water as needed for desired thickness.

Serve warm over potatoes, rice, toast, or bread, etc.
