Take soya granules, dal and saboot masala in a cooker and cook for 2-3 whistle

When cool down open the lid and drain water

Grind it to a paste

Add ginger, chilli, coriander, red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt to a paste

Make patty and shallow fry it

For Paratha add flour, salt and oil and knead a soft dough

Take a lemon size ball from dough and roll it in a thin roti

Put it on the griddle and cook it as golden spot appears

Take it on a plate and assemble patty on it

Apply coriander mint chutney on it and onion slices on it and once again roast it golden brown by applying ghee
