Steps

First of all we take ghee in pen and add wheat flour. And stir continue and when colour become brown of flour off the gas.

Now take another pen and add jaggery and milk and boiled for 2 minutes.

Now this milk add in wheat flour and stir continuously
- 4
Now take one dish and greasing with ghee and after that add this mix and set well for room temperature and cut the pieces of it and garnishing with almond. Now khoya barfi is ready.
