Malai kofta in capsicum bowl
Steps

In a kadai,add water,onions, tomatoes,cashews,green chillies and garlic pods.

Cook till mushy.this will take 10 mins approx.

Let it cool.blend to a smooth paste.

Mash paneer with1/2tsp salt red chilli powder and garam masala nicely.Make small balls and deep fry till golden brown.If paneer is thick and chilled, there is no need of adding cornflour.

Take rings of capsicum and roast them slightly on non stick pan without using any oil.

Again heat oil in kadai & cook the gravy.add all spices,tomato sauce,2tsp of cream and kasoori methi.

In a plate,first put capsicum ring.fill it with1tsp of thick cream.Very gently,keep the malai kofta on malai and capsicum.There colors should not mix.

Serve hot with roti!

You can adjust gravy according to your choice by adding milk or water**
