Ingredients

  1. 300 gmsChicken
  2. 1 bowlHung curd
  3. 1 tbspTandoori chicken masala powder
  4. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1 tbspMalai
  7. 1 tbspMilk powder
  8. 8-10Coriander leaves
  9. 8-10Mint leaves
  10. 2-3Green chilli
  11. 2-3Garlic cloves 2-3
  12. 1 tspWhite pepper powder
  13. 2 tbspCornflour
  14. 1 tbspSalt
  15. 1 tablespoonsOil
  16. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  17. 1/2capsicum diced
  18. 1onion diced
  19. 1tomato diced
  20. 1 tbspButter

Cooking Instructions

    First wash and pat dry the chicken

  2. 2

    Add hung curd,salt,oil,ginger garlic paste,oil,tandoori chicken masala to the chicken and mix well..keep it for 1 hour..

    Mix oil and divide in three parts

  4. 4

    For the chicken tikka add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and diced tomatoes and arrange in a stewker

  5. 5

    For the malai tikka add milk powder,Malai and white pepper powder to the chicken mix and mix well..add diced onion and arrange in a stewker

  6. 6

    For the chicken Haryali tikka make a paste using coriander leaves,mint leaves,green chilli and garlic..add this to the chicken and mix well

  7. 7

    Add diced capsicum and arrange in a stewker

  8. 8

    Now grill these tikkas for 20-25 mins flipping in between

  9. 9

    Apply some butter all over and grill again for 2-3 mins

  10. 10

    Serve hot with chutney and salad
