  • 2chopped jalepeno pepper
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped pineapple
  • to tastesalt & pepper
  • 2chopped bell peppers
  • 4 tspsoy sauce
  • 2chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 cupssodium free chicken broth

    Brown chicken with onions

    Add all other ingredients and simmer on medium for 20 minutes.
