  1. Unsalted butter
  2. 6 cupsmixed fresh berries (strawberries hulled and halved)
  3. 1/2 csugar
  4. 2 Tcornstarch
  5. 1/4 tkosher salt
  6. 1/2lemon (juiced)
  7. 3/4 call-purpose flour
  8. 3/4old fashioned rolled oats
  9. 1/2 cpacked brown sugar
  10. 1/2 tground cinnamon
  11. 1/2 tkosher salt
  12. 6 Tunsalted butter (softened)

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Butter a 10-in cast-iron skillet.

  2. 2

    Combine berries, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and lemon juice in large bowl. Mix until all berries coated and set aside.

  3. 3

    Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in med bowl and whisk. Work butter into flour mixture with hands until mixture resembles coarse meal.

  4. 4

    Pour berry mixture into skillet. Evenly sprinkle topping over berries. Bake until topping is golden brown and berries are bubbling. 30 min.

  5. 5

    Let sit 5-10 min before serving. Store in individual mason jars.
