In a bowl mix together wheat flour, oil, and salt.

Add water little by little and mix

Knead to form a smooth and soft dough. Cover and let the dough rest for 10-15minites

To make the filling, mashed potatoes and transfer to a bowl

Add salt, chopped onions, redchilli powder, garlic chutney, oil, chatmasala, cumin powder, amchurpowder, Coriander

Mix well. Stuffing is ready

Take one of the dough balls and using2-3tbspof stuffing in center flatten the dough ball using your hands

Transfer the paratha on to the hot tava

Apply oilthe other sideas well

Cook the paratha till both sides have golden brown spots on them

Serve aloo paratha with tomato sauce
