Cooking Instructions

Half Boil, Peel and cut kachalu in small pieces. Must remain firm, so donot overcook.

In a pan heat little oil add ginger, saute. Now add all the spices and kachalu pieces and mix well. Sprinkle little water, Cover and cook until everything mix well.

Mix tamarind water, stir.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.

This is a popular street food which tastes good when spicy though You can adjust hotness to your taste.

This can also be used as a garnishing to dahi bhalle or papdi chat, also in Raj kachori it tastes yummy.
