Warm the water, Add the sugar, yeast. Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Add the maida, salt and oil mix well.

After 10 minutes yeast mixture should look frothy(if it does not, then throw and restart) Add this mix to the well and make a dough.

After 5 mins of kneading, transfer this dough to a big bowl, cover and keep aside for 45 mins to one hour.

Punch the dough with fist to release down the air.

Place the dough on dusted pizza plate or tray. flatten the dough by stretching with both hands.

Spread pizza sauce generously leaving the sides slightly.

Spread cheese and also top with topping of choice and the spread grated cheese and sprinkle italian seasonings.

Bake at 180 degree for about 12 - 15 minutes.Finally, slice and serve pizza hot.
