We cooked again in our slow cooker =) This time, we wanted to try making chicken with potatoes... And we were surprised, because the way we made it, it tastes just like real rotisserie chicken you get on Sundays. So from now on, no more buying it ready-made! Let the slow cooker do all the work for you =) You can serve it with a simple salad, and it’s just perfect!

Pour a little olive oil into the slow cooker, then add the potatoes on top. Place the chicken on top of the potatoes.

Season with all the spices—thyme, rosemary, and salt—making sure to sprinkle them over the chicken.

Cut the orange into pieces and add them to the pot.

Cover the slow cooker with its lid and cook on high for 4 hours.
