Now prepare stuffing,before 4 hours soak moong dal after 4 hours dal ko drdara pees le ab ek kadahai me oil garam karein then add jeera,hing, ginger green chilli paste then add saunf ab sare masale add karein or sath me besan bhi add karein besan ko thdi Dee chalae ache se fir matar add karein thodi der ke baad daal ka paste add karein Kaju dale or ache se pakne de dhak kar jab masala sukh jae tab gass off kar de thanda kar ke chote chote balls bana le.

Now dough se choti choti loi bana le use flat karein or balls rakh kar use pack karein kachori ka shape de or medium flame par deep fry karein golden brown hone tak fry karein.

Ab garnish karein dahi chutney sev pyyaz se garamgaramserve karein.
