Wash the vegetables.

Cut the peppers lengthwise and slice the mushrooms.

Take the chicken fillets and sprinkle them with the chicken seasoning mix.

In a wide pan, add the olive oil and sauté the mushrooms and peppers for a short time. Once sautéed, remove the vegetables and set them aside.

Place the seasoned chicken in the pan and let it brown on both sides.

Once browned, add the peppers, bay leaves, allspice, salt, and pepper.
