Soak chickpeas over night or for 6-8 hours boil and keep aside

Take a pan add oil fry onion once it is golden,add ginger garlic paste

Then add all the remaining dry masalas

Add chopped tomatoes and slit chillies.once the masala gets cooked add boiled chickpeas and lower the flame

Allow the chickpeas to absorb the masalas.

Serve with plain Puri and onion rings.
