Maida aur suji ko mix kriye, ab eno aur dahi add kar ke normal pani se parathe ki trha dhough tyar kar lijiye, ise 2 hrs ke liye rakh dijiye.

Tomato,onion, Ginger and green chilli ka paste tyyar kar lijiye

Ab ek lohe ki kadai me oil daliye

Oil gram ho jaay tb jeera aur hldi bhun kar paste daal dijiye ab namak dal kar bhuniye,ab add kriye sare masale, tb tak bhuniye jab tak paste se oil alg na dikhe,

Ab isme chhole daal kar pakaiye, jarurt ke anusar isme pani add kriye,

Lo ji aapke grma gram chhole bhature tyar hai.
