All ingredients listed for making dhoklis in a big bowl mix well and add water and make a medium dough.

Make small size balls from the dough. Flatten each ball on your palm and make a depression in the center by pressing with your thumb.make all dhoklis

Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add musterdseeds, ajwain, hing, and guvar pieces. Add haldi powder, salt, add 2-cup water and let it come to a boil

Now add the dhoklis and mix well. 5-whistles on medium heat.

When cool down completely open the cooker and add Coriander and lemon juice. Garnishing with mint leaves. Give it a boil and serve.
