My lunch yesterday.It wasn't easy making this meal with the kids but I had to give myself this treat.
Steps

Wash the waterleaves with salt and enough water then cut.Same with vegetable.

Boil the stockfish and meat adding onion,Maggi cubes and salt.

Bleach palmoil and fry the waterleaves in it till the water from the waterleaves dries up.But with constant stirring

Blend crayfish and fresh pepper and put it with salt and maggi cubes.after 8minutes

Next is ukazi,rinse and pound the ukazi then put in the boiling soup and stir after 5minutes put the vegetable(ugu) and stir.

Boil water pour in a bowl.sprinkle garri in it till is ok and allow it to boil then stir with a wooden spartula.Serve
