Mooli and Gajar paratha

In a mixing bowl take wheat flour grated gajar and mooli add jeera, ajwain, ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dhaniyajira powder, mix masala, aamchur powder, asafoetida, sugar, 2 tablespoon curd and salt. Add 2 tablespoon oil mix it well.

Prepared soft dough by adding required water and rest for 25 to 30 minutes.

Now make pedas from the dough and roll medium-sized paratha and roast on hot tawa apply oil on both the side.

Paratha is ready to serve. We can serve it with any sabji or curd or achar.

Mooli is good for health but my children don't like it so i give them this way. It tastes good. Today I serve paratha with paneer bhurji.
