Ingredients

  • 800 gmsselfraising flour
  • 4 tablespoonsmargarine
  • 10 tablespoonssugar
  • Lemon rind of 1 lemon
  • 11/2 tablespooncinnamon powder
  • 1 cupmala
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift flour,mix in cinnamon lemon rind,sugar&margarine

  2. 2

    Rub in well,till crumbly

  3. 3

    Slowly add in mala,mix..then whilst kneading add in water till dough is firm&soft..kneaded for 10mins..

  4. 4

    Let dough rest say 30mins after which roll out,cut into desired shape&deep fry..enjoy😋
