My father taught me this recipe... all my ingredients are organic and the measurements can all be altered to your liking, I guessed the amounts because I always do it by eye;-) And, it always comes out awesome!

Brown ground meat on medium heat, add onion and garlic half way through.

Once meat is no longer 'pink', add beans, tomatoes, and all spices - cook for 5 mins, stirring often.

Lower heat to low, cover, simmer for 20min.

Add tomato paste, if you would like to thicken the chili, then add more cumin, oregano and paprika/crushed red pepper to taste. Simmer 10 more minutes.

Serve with toppings of your choice.

This recipe gains flavor when refrigerated overnight<3 Just reheat in a pot on low for 20min.
