Ingredients

  1. 3 cupbesan
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. Halfspoon baking soda
  4. Halfspoon turmeric
  5. 2green chilly
  6. 1lemon
  7. 8-10Curry leaves
  8. 2 tspSugar
  9. Halfspoon baking powder
  10. 1 cupwater
  11. 3 cupbesan
  12. 1 tspsalt
  13. Halfspoon baking soda
  14. Halfspoon turmeric
  15. 2green chilly
  16. 1lemon
  17. 8-10Curry leaves
  18. 2 tspSugar
  19. Halfspoon baking powder
  20. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Add salt,turmeric and lemon juice and add little little water in besan and make paste of besan

    Make sure batter has no lums

  3. 3

    Leave batter in side for 1 hour

  4. 4

    After 1 hour add baking soda and baking powder in it

  5. 5

    Take a steamer and grease it with oil

  6. 6

    Add batter in steamer

  7. 7

    Heat it on gas in idli sancha and cover it with lead

  8. 8

    Take a knife and put it on idli when knife gets plane dhokla is ready

  9. 9

    In a pan add 2 tsp oil

  10. 10

    In oil add sarso and methi leaves in it

  11. 11

    Add waterin it and boil water

  12. 12

    Add sugar and green chlly in water

  13. 13

    Cook for 1 min

  14. 14

    Off the gas after 1 min

  15. 15

    Cut the dhokla in square shapes

  16. 16

    Add water we make in dhokla

  17. 17

    Dhokla is ready to serve
