For sugar syrup: Take a pan add water then add sugar stirring continuously.Once the sugar gets dissolve switch off the flame.Do not over cook as we dont want string consistency.Let it cool then add rose essence and colour and stir.Your syrup is ready.

Now take a bread roundel apply cream then add chopped nuts seal it with another roundel Dip it in sugar syrup but be careful to remove immediately as the bread might break.

Now coat it with desiccated coconut and keep on a plate.Complete making all chumchums in a similar way.

Garnish it with chopped nuts of your choice and keep in the refrigerator to set for 15-20 mins.
